The Central Statistical Organization: a database on Iraqi women within a modern electronic platform

A consultative meeting was held at the headquarters of the Central Bureau of Statistics on the preparation of an electronic platform for the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on the participation of women in security and peace operations (protection, prevention and participation).
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Diaa Awad Kazem, head of the Central Bureau of Statistics, as well as a delegation from the Orphan Foundation for Development headed by Dr. Amra Al-Baldawi, President of the Foundation and also from the directorates (Human Development Statistics, Environment Statistics, Population Statistics, Manpower, Living Conditions, Statistical Analysis, Systems Engineering and Website).
The meeting came out with agreement on the establishment of a mechanism by the Central Statistical Organization and the identification of the relevant bodies to cooperate with them to contribute to the implementation of resolution 1325.
