[ltr]Baghdad: Minister of Planning Nuri Sabah al-Dulaimi announced on Thursday the effective plans to be implemented by the Wazirah next year to strengthen the decentralized administration of local governments to achieve the best services for citizens.[/ltr]
[ltr]"The Minister of Planning met with the team of experts responsible for the preparation of the voluntary report for Iraq, which included Wafaa Al-Mahdawi, Kamel Al-Kanani, Adnan Yassin and Hassan Latif, whose report will be presented next year," the ministry said in a statement.
