Nineveh Provincial Council announced the presence of more than 300 billion dinars for the province of Nineveh with the central government budget from 2015 to 2018, indicating that it is enough to reconstruct 10% of the volume of destruction .

The member of the Council behind the iron in a statement that "Nineveh province has not received only 10% of the budget of 2015 as well as not receiving the budgets of 2016 and 2017 and more than half of the budget 2018. "

He added that "the total amounts of the budgets of the province of Nineveh, the core of the central government amounted to more than 300 billion dinars were dedicated to complete the projects linked to advanced proportions achieved ."

He explained that "these funds are enough to reconstruct what is equivalent to 10% of the destruction of the province of Nineveh."
