The head of the Fatah alliance Hadi al-Amiri said on Tuesday that Iraq does not want to be a party to the conflict between any two countries, calling on the European Union countries to participate in the reconstruction of Iraq.

He added that "Iraq welcomes the guests who provide service to this country and Iraq's positions on foreign relations is clear. Iraq does not want to be a party to the conflict between any two countries, but seeks to be a bridge to communicate and strengthen relations between countries."
