Iraq’s new lender selects ICSFS for universal banking solution

The newly instated Hammurabi Commercial Bank in Iraq has selected the ICS Banks Universal Banking Software Suite by ICSFS, a global software and services provider for banks and financial institutions.

“We have chosen ICS BANKS Universal Banking application from ICSFS for its long, proven track record and trusted credentials in providing bespoke banking technology services in Iraq,” said Majed Al-Souri, chief executive officer, Hammurabi Commercial Bank. “We are looking for a great partnership in delivering the utmost banking services and provide a secured and enjoyable customer journey.”

ICS BANKS from ICSFS has been in production and live in Iraq for over 15 years, with clientele of over 25 local and foreign banks.

Earlier this year, Guaranty Trust Bank Tanzania opted for ICS Banks while the system was chosen by National Bank Of Yemen, PT Bank Panin Dubai, Bond Savings & Loan in Ghana and Providus Bank in Nigeria last year.

The modular and universal banking systems provider has offices in UK, Jordan, UAE, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Sudan, Nigeria and Lebanon.
