Transport Minister Abdullah Loibi announced on Wednesday the return of the Iraqi sea line to sail in European ports after a break of more than three decades.
"With the efforts and follow-up of the Minister of Transport Abdullah Laibi, the Iraqi sea line was returned to sail in European ports after passing the Hadba ship. The French club inspected the ship to protect the ships in the Mediterranean basin with great success and appreciation," he said in a statement to the Ministry of Transport.
According to the statement, "the Inspector of the French club thanked the crew of the ship to abide by their roles and to equip them safety equipment to provide them with all the requirements of the equipment of the ship and crew."
