The Parliamentary Investment and Economy Committee revealed on Saturday that there are more than 300 observations on the bill of the budget of 2019.

The committee member Gandhi Mohammed, for (Basneoz) that "the adoption of the budget has no income to the issue of delay the completion of the cabinet cabins, the relevant parliamentary committees formed for the purpose of studying the budget," noting that "the reason for the delay is due to the presence of more than 300 observations by MPs and various political forces "He said.

"We are working now to approve the budget as soon as possible, although it does not meet the ambition of the Iraqi street, we are now working to make it more appropriate to the aspirations of the people," he said.

According to the draft draft budget for 2019, the volume of financial expenditure 128.4 trillion Iraqi dinars (about 108 billion dollars), a financial deficit of 22.8 trillion dinars (about 19 billion dollars).

The rate of export of oil per day by 3 million and 880 thousand barrels, including 250 thousand barrels per day of the quantities of crude oil produced in the Kurdistan Region, at $ 56 per barrel.

The draft also states that the fiscal deficit will be covered by the financial abundance of increased crude oil prices or increased oil exports by 2019.

The value of the Iraqi budget for the current year 2018, amounted to 104 trillion dinars (88.1 billion dollars), while revenues estimated at 91.6 trillion dinars (77.6 billion dollars), and the deficit amounted to 12.4 trillion dinars (10 billion dollars).

The expected revenues from the export of crude oil in the budget of 2018, based on the rate of $ 46 per barrel, and an export rate of 3.8 million barrels per day, including 250 thousand barrels of fields in the Kurdistan Region.
