THE BIG CALL WITH BRUCE TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2018, INTEL ONLY

Bruce: Welcome Everybody to the Big Call tonight. I have some Intel to bring you. Here is where we are. Today is October 23rd. Yesterday was October 22nd. What we understand is that the date that will go down as the start of this RV or GCR or whatever we are calling it this day, it is going to end up being yesterday October 22nd. You may wonder: How can that be? I haven’t gotten an 800 number yet. I know, but yesterday if I remember right is declared by China to be World Freedom Day, October 22nd. That may end of up being the date they use or history will record this change in our GCR and finances and all of that.

Bruce: We know that things have happened since last Tuesday and Thursday to move this thing forward. We know that we are right there in the sweet stop for this to go the next few days. I am hearing information that is pretty time sensitive. You know how we talk about Iraq and we can’t get away from what is happening there? This is no exception tonight, because tomorrow, Iraq time, between 6 and 8 pm tomorrow is the meeting that will determine everything that is Iraq is to do the new rate for the dinar, with their Parliament, Election of their Cabinet, and everything they need to bring out. That is a two hour meeting. I am hearing about an hour afterwards, let’s call it 8:30 or 9pm Iraq time tomorrow, I think they will bring out their new rate. That will be their theoretical end of everything.

Bruce: When I say that, convert it to US time, that means the timing of that meeting is between 10 and noon EST. 1:00pm will be an hour later. I am not trying to call it. I am saying if this is to go tomorrow, it should go some time after that Iraq meeting concludes and after those rates are put out. Possibly they be put out around 1pm EST. When that happens, I believe, I will be notified with the Universal 800 number. One number to the Call Center in the United States, and that number gets simulated when you tell them you are a Zim holder. That gets moved from that Call Center to a Call Center in each state. That Call Center will be the one to schedule you for your appointment at your Redemption Center and your exchanges.

Bruce: Listen they can go with these exchanges for the next 21 days. They have scheduled in already appointment times to take care of everybody that has ZIM that they know of in their jurisdictions the next 21 days. I mean guys they have it down to a science. They may not know every single person that has been gifted Zim. I grant that, but they know who all have bought ZIM and they know who those people are who did that

Bruce: Let’s go through a few things additionally. What is happening now is today the Banks were on lockdown. They really were not allowed to talk even within the banks and Redemption Centers that might be connected to the banks or affiliated directly in the same building or next to the same building. The personnel were even isolated where they couldn’t even talk to each other today. There was a meeting today with the Redemption Centers for 3hours and 23 minutes that is additionally more information.

Bruce: They have been buying laser printers and other super duper ink jet type printers. They will be able to print up to 50 Cashier Checks. Do not go in there with 50 Cashier Checks, please, but they can do that. They say you can ask for unlimited amount, but there is a limit. There is a limit of 50 Cashier Checks at the time of your appointment. I think it is a mistake to go in and get more than the minimum you need at that time. I think you are slowing down the process, but that is a real positive thing. There is a new cash total. Remember we were at $14,250 and then we went to $15,000? Guess what? They backed us down to the new maximum cash. It is down to $14,200. That is new.

Bruce: Then we have little bit information. They do not want you to arrive, and you will get this when you call, but they do not want you to arrive more than 25 minutes before your appointment time. They do not want you to arrive more than 25 minutes prior to your appointment time. That is really interesting. Then they do have the expectation that the appointment will max out at 1hr 50 minutes. They want to roll you out at 1hr 30 minutes. It can take you as long as 1hr 50 minutes. The appointment schedule is set for each appointment slot to be 2 hours and 15 minutes apart. That gives them time to regroup, clean up from your appointment, prepare and enter the information in the super computer, get everything set up, get everything ready for the next person, for the next appointment. Let’s face it. If something gets through in an hour or 1 hour and 10 minutes in the appointment slot, that is where coming in a little bit early, but not more than 25 minutes early though, will help you to move through the next person.

Bruce: There will be as far as I know and I do not know if this is every Redemption Center, they will have a greeter, or more than one greeter. A person to greet you when you arrive to go through the basics of your identification. Show them your ID. Get your power bill out, or whatever utility bill you are showing where you have residence. Everything like that is going to be done up front during that period of time initially before you get down with someone. Sort of greeter will help answer a few quick questions. This is sort of your staging, they are staging you. You are sort of on deck getting ready to go to the plate. You are on deck, you are kind of warming up, getting to know a little bit what is going on. Probably get a debriefing at that time. Can you feel it? That is what going to happen.

Bruce: Then when you first sit down with your currency and you start to reveal the currency you have. I would start with the amount you have of each currency. I would start with one currency at a time. Let them see it. They will want to see it, count it, and verify it in front of you. If you have it typed out as to how much you have of each currency, that on a sheet, you keep it. If you have an attorney with you, they have a copy and you have a copy. Then you hand a copy to the Redemption staff saying this is what I believe I have. This is what I have counted. This is what I have. Let’s see if it matches what you come up with. So they have some idea that you know what you are looking at, what you have.

Bruce: During that time when you are just bringing out your currency to check it out, verify it, and count it, you talked to them at that time about your rate. You say I do not know what the rates are, but if you are going to doing humanitarian projects like Rebuild America, Veterans Retreat Network, or any other humanitarian projects you have, regardless if you are working with the Big Call on the Rebuild. If you want to let them know you are interested in a privately negotiable rate. I am interested in a privately negotiable rate. That way they know that you know there is more than just the front screen rate. It doesn’t mean that you have to go beyond the front screen. That maybe fine for you, but you let them know you have projects and you are interested in a privately negotiable rate. Then they will say Ok, let’s talk about it.

Bruce: At that point when they are counting you may get into your rate discussion. I know you can’t really know what to ask for until you see what is on the front and back screens. I know that. So that is when you will get serious about it. I think the discussion from what I have been told, should start when they start counting and verifying your currency. You have the an opportunity and maybe, I am thinking here, one person is doing the counting and verifying your currency in the De La Rue Machine while you are talking to this other person. That is how I am envisioning this. I hope I am right. Then you move to the next station once your currency has been verified, counted and totaled, and you have a rate established. You move on from there.

Bruce: Keep in mind that you are not to arrive more than 25 minutes for you appointment.

You should have an hour and 30 to 40 minutes to everything done. You can go nuts on Cashier Checks if you want. You are going to get a temporary debit/credit card to start out with. Also they talked about Black cards. In my opinion Black cards would be something that would draw attention to you and you do not want that. Then I find out that the Black card is not for you to spend money at dinner, shopping, or out on vacation. That is your card that you swipe in the bank when you are checking your mother lode account. That is one of your 3 security features that you are using.

Bruce: Your Black card, your pass codes, and your key to unlock, sort of a safe deal. You have a key, and the bank has a key. I think those 3 security features will be used to get into your mother lode account. How often you will need to do that? I do not know. I do not think that often really. Probably not that often, but when you chose to, you have that Black card. I am calling it a Black card. That card you will want to keep it in a very safe place. Maybe and run this by the bank personnel, keep it in the safest place you can keep it. Maybe you keep it on your person, maybe in a very safe place at home, maybe at a safe deposit box at the bank where your mother lode account is placed. So when you go to check it, you go to your safe deposit box and boom you got it and you have your appointment and access to your mother lode account.

I do not know that answer. That is something for you to ask. I think it is important. That is something we not really talked about before.

Bruce: You have $14,200 in cash that you can get in $50s and $100s. I think some will have $20s. I do not know why you would want $20s. You do not have to take any cash. You will have a certain amount on your temporary debit/credit card. Then you will get your more permanent debit/credit card in two days. I can’t tell you when you will get your Black card. That may be also when you get that. I do not know the answer to that. We will see how that goes.

Bruce: We are very close to this going. Banks like I said today are on lockdown. There are new passive codes will be used to enter in computers tonight to get the new rates. The rates have not populated to the screens yet, not completely at all. They maybe flashing. Tonight at close to midnight they should come in. This means once these rates solidify, that means it is an indicator for us. I do not know if the Iraqi dinar will show up tonight. I do not know when it will. It may tomorrow because of this meeting, and Iraq is about to bring this rate out after the meeting ends at noon est. I been told it may take them an hour. That does not mean it is Go time. It means we are just getting into the arena where we should be hearing something. I am doing my very best not to call it. Please forgive me. I am just trying to paint the picture I am hearing. I am putting out information that is valid, that I think is meaningful to us, and it just might bring this blessing in for us.

Bruce: Beyond that, Prosperity Packages. Everybody in the world is saying they are going out today. I can tell you what they are doing. They are not going out, but if they are going out today, they are going out to their point of distribution. They are not going out to the recipients today. They are going out possibly to the points of distribution. Then tomorrow after 2:30pm EST. the Prosperity Packages may go out to the recipients. That is if we go tomorrow. The Prosperity Packages do not precede us. I do not care who says that. I do not care who they are.

Bruce: Who is going to put them out? They should go out in some cases County Sheriffs. In some cases actually ICE and Homeland Security Agents. They want to absolutely verify who the people are when they are delivered. In some cases if not all cases, that person will escort that person back to the bank to process the check that is part of their Prosperity Package. There will be paperwork and a check, and the check will vary in different amounts. That is what I understand will happen. If you are older or infirm, they will escort you back to the bank for that procedure. It may happen to anyone that way. I do not know that though. That is the situation on Prosperity Packages.

Bruce: My understanding is the Core Groups are to be paid out either today or tonight. Personally I do not believe they will see anything until after we get started. If we get started tomorrow that is your shot gun start. They do not want any group go before anyone else. I tell you what you can tell you how excited with the information I received today. I feel everything is moving, and I know some other things that are going on behind the scenes that are very powerful. I feel everything is signed off, everything is ready, Chinese are more than ready, and things are very good for the next few days. Let’s be patient and prepared as much as we can be.
