The Euphrates -

The Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament Bashir Haddad revealed the intention of the House of Representatives to cancel the recent appointments issued by the Prime Minister Haider Abadi, which relate to the special grades of the post of Director General and above.

Haddad said in a press statement that these appointments were issued outside the framework of the Constitution and the law that the government of the latter expired powers and may not be issued any appointment to the special grades of the Director General and higher than this post, indicating that the Parliament intends to issue a decision later to cancel the issuance of orders of appointment.

Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi has said more than once in previous statements that his government enjoys all powers and that the decisions taken is constitutional.
