The Anbar Provincial Council allocated 18 billion dinars for the rehabilitation of the General Hospital of Ramadi.

The Director General of the Anbar Health Department Dr. Khudair Khalaf said in an interview with the "morning" official and briefed by "Economy News", the provincial council issued a unanimous decision to allocate 18 billion dinars of its budget to begin reconstruction of the hospital and general Ramadi, "The importance of the hospital lies in the fact that it is the largest medical institution with a capacity of 468 beds and is characterized by its centrality in the reception of emergency cases from all parts of the province."

He pointed out that "UNDP" has begun the reconstruction of Fallujah educational and Ramadi for women and children education this month for the purpose of re-employment in the medical institutions, which provide services to the people of the province, pointing out that most of our health institutions were destroyed during the control of gangs, "Da'ash" terrorist on large parts of the province , Noting that the Anbar Health Department is working hard, despite the limited potential for reconstruction by the provision of medical services to its citizens.
