The Cabinet approves the first amendment bill to the law of the fund to recover Iraq's funds

The Euphrates -
The Council of Ministers approved the draft law of the first amendment to the law of the Fund for the recovery of Iraq's funds No. 9 of 2012, and referred to the House of Representatives.
The law provides for the management of the Fund by a Board of Directors consisting of the Chairman of the Integrity Commission, the Director General of the Authority's Recovery Department and a representative under the title of Director General of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Oil, Finance, Justice and Trade, in addition to the Central Bank, the Federal Financial Control Bureau, .
The project grants financial rewards to informants by their role after the refund.
The draft law aims at determining the link between the fund to recover the funds of Iraq and the addition of members of the Board of Directors and grant authority to the Board of Directors to grant bonuses to informants and according to their respective roles.
