It doesn't- She used a so-called system through a Tda account, to basically steal 'illegal' funds from the U.S. government, and lost, now she will spend 57 months in the concrete, and greybar 'hotel', along with after serving her stupidity sentence, will have 2 years of supervised probation- Read the 'other' Heather Tucci 'Giraffe' thread on this site- Check out the scroll-
