Article:  "Learn about the security features of the world's most highly traded currency"    Now why do you suppose an Iraqi news site would post an article about currencies that are highly traded in the world?? ... Showing their security features ... Just a random thing?? ... Or on purpose?? ...  To educate?? ... IMO.

Most likely they just needed some filler for their print edition. It's not like the security features are not common knowledge.

Probably because the most traded currency is the US dollar, and there's a lot of fake dollars out there, and the Iraqi people want USD because their currency can't buy much.  So why not educate them about security features on the dollar and the euro since they're worth so much more than the crappy dinar?
