firm works with the CBI on their directives to meet all that is required to meet the RI of the IQD. WS firm has met all the requirements and so have all the banks in Iraq...Now they are unveiling all the steps that were required to bring forth the RI. ...They WILL BE re-instating the Iraqi Dinar!

the Iraqi Dinar is already, 'instated.' Lyin' Frank Villa has been claiming the reinstatement of a RATE, not of the CURRENCY. It's already operational, recognized on global markets, pegged to USD. US banks do not buy/sell IQD, so there could be a change there - has zero to do with the rate.

If you wanna discuss some reinstatement of a RATE...well...it ain't spiking 35000%, folks. Sorry, not happening...
