Lots of gurus are saying this is an any minute thing. That would be nice to believe, but do the facts support it?
So far, the Lower Denoms haven't been widely distributed in Iraq. And in this country, funds have yet to be released. Remember, we will be getting dollars for our currency, lots of them. These funds don't come out of thin air, as has been suggested by some and believed by many.
These funds have to be 'created', and there is one agency that's responsible for those funds creation. So, when that organization is satisfied, then Reno and Atlanta will get funded. Everything else is background noise. All we can do is sit and wait patiently.
