UST Rates Locked per GHOST in OKIE post

GHOST said in an earlier post with OKIE that UST had rate "locked" for last 18 hours. How so? If you check this link, it will show you exchange rates at UST and, even checking the AMENDMENTS to these rates (which you can get to through links on this page), it shows nothing other than 1170 for the IQD. I'm confused. Can someone shed more light on this?

Ghost was asked if we could get to the page where it showed and he answered "No". I would not worry about not being able to see things we are not supposed to see.

When Ghost said the rates were locked in, I believe that they are locked in, however, they are not activated. Once the rate goes active, then we will be able to see it.
This is just my opinion, but that's how I see it.

Ghost does not know the rate!! NO ONE DOES!!!!!
Alll these gurus that are giving rates are either misled,
or just walking the dog!!! We will know the rate when the
RV occurs!! Listen , Before Ali was taken off the seen he
spoke on the BH Group and said we would be lucky to see .36 cents!
Tony Breitling has consistenly said he felt it would be .86 cents!!
And even he said he can not be sure! I truly wish all these numbers
that the gurus put up $4 -$6 -$8 -$11 were true but I am afraid
it is - ALL HYPE!!!!!! AND FLUFF!!!!!!! TRY NOT TO GET CAUGHT UP IN IT!!!!! We Will Soon Know When The RV Comes!!

No Revalue of any country in history has ever revalued below the rate what it was when it devalued! So that in mine, we should see at least 3.22!

You should know that when someone like Okie says that the rate is locked in the UST, he isn;t saying it is public. He is saying his intel states that they (the UST) have locked the new rate in their system. So when Shabibi and the CBI say go, the UST will release it.

So true...why is this so hard to understand? I have only been on this site for a few months and I have the "lingo" down already and I'm not an especially gifted person as far as reading comprehension goes...just sayin'

UST RATES LOCKED IS PRIVATE INTEL. NOT FOR PUBLIC VIEW. MAJOR BANKS HAVE SIMILAR SETUP. THANKS.

I think it is time to pull the iced tea out of the refrigerator and take a TALL glass to cool off. What difference does it make now???
Think positive - it takes less effort. JMHO The intel that has been given to us is what can be -- if we don't like it, then we need to chill out and WAIT for the RV. Some of us have waited for a VERY long time - what is a few more days if that is when it finally comes? If not, the only choice we have is to move on or WAIT FOR IT. Basic truth - we can do nothing else.
