Reminds me of the very old days of the 50's when you could buy a square inch of Canada for a USD. Yup, and they even sent you a deed! Oh yeah, gotta be a real deal, ah huh ah huh. Come one come all, come see the suckers grab the land. Step right up and get your retirement property! Come one come all. Yup, and then we progressed to this deal. Whoopppie!!!!! !! Guru heaven, that is where you will find all of the so called gurus. They come and they go but they leave a trail of broken dreams behind. Pay them for what? Adam and his get rich quick scheme of his VIP deal, ha. Well, folks, the circus is coming t town and you better be ready to shut the shutters, batten down the hatches and bury the family valuables. Step right up and see the suckers flood the midway. Come one come all.
