The Iraqi Private Banks Association concluded on Thursday a training course entitled "Awareness and Application Program for the Security and Confidentiality of Information System" organized by the Association of Iraqi Private Banks at its headquarters in Baghdad, with the participation of 65 trainees from government and private banks and foreign financial transfer companies.

The graduation ceremony was attended by the Director of Quality Management Department at the Central Bank Hussein Faisal and the Executive Director of the Association of Banks.

The Executive Director of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, Ali Tarek, said in an interview with "Economy News" that "the target group in the program of awareness and application of the system of security and confidentiality of information in accordance with international standards (ISO) working in the field of information security banking as well as the management of information technology and banking quality" "Adding that" the training program lasted for three days. "

He added that "the training courses organized by the Association of Iraqi private banks during the last period began to show its features through the development that took place in the Iraqi banking sector."
