Asia Sale tomorrow distributes dividends to shareholders

Economy News Baghdad:
Asiacell Telecom, listed on the ASE, will begin distributing cash dividend of 75% of its capital to shareholders on Wednesday.
The company said in a statement to the stock exchange on Tuesday that distributions based on the decision of the General Assembly of the company, after discussing the final accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2016.
The company referred to the dates and places of receipt of the sukuk applications from its headquarters in Sulaymaniyah, Baghdad, Basra, Karbala, Erbil and Dohuk, indicating the conditions for receipt of the Sukuk and profits.
The company's capital is 310 billion dinars, distributed over 310 billion shares, with a nominal value of one dinar per share.
Revenues jumped 390% to QAR 11.32 billion, compared to Q2.31 billion in the third quarter of last year.
