Nassif: Jumaili filed 10 lawsuits against me

The Deputy High Nassif, Thursday, that the Minister of Trade Salman Jumaili filed 10 lawsuits against them, attributed the reason to reveal corruption files.
"We have chosen the Iraqi public opinion to raise the important files and the media being the first to uncover corruption and corrupt," Nasif said in a press conference held by the House of Parliament and attended by Alsumaria News, noting that "some MPs who face corruptors are subject to judicial proceedings."
She added that "Article 63 of the Constitution gives immunity to a member of the House of Representatives in the face of spoilers," noting that "the lack of integration between the legislative and judicial authority, and there is obstruction of the work of members of the House of Representatives in the disclosure of corruption files, this is intended and robbing our votes through those suits" .
"The existence of ten cases against me by the Minister of Commerce Salman Jumaili because of the disclosure of corruption files," adding that "muzzle mouths do not mean anything to me and the legislative authority to have a role in that it is a farce."
She added that "the House of Representatives issued a letter to the judiciary guaranteeing the equality of deputies who have been denied the right to raise immunity and MPs who have been issued cases of publication and that the lifting of immunity conditional on a felony."
Prime Minister Haider Abadi confirmed, In (April 11, 2017) his government went to fight corruption and encircle "his arms", pledging to retrieve "what was stolen by the corrupt," while accusing "some" of trying to impede the efforts of the state to revitalize the investment sector.
