1. Abadi made announcement on Sat. Sept. 23 from Iraq, but we don't know what that announcement was.

2. The Dinar, Dong and Zim have traded up to be very high exchange rates.

3. Fines and penalties must still go out before we go in and they should go out tomorrow Wed. Sept. 27.

4. A schedule should go out to the bankers early tomorrow morning Wed. Sept. 27 that should show that we start on Thurs. Sept. 28.

5. We should be redeeming from Thurs. Sept. 28 until Sat. Oct. 14.

6. John Q. Public should start on Sun. Oct. 15.

7. Oct. 15 was also an operational exchange rate change day. The Forex may also start on Oct. 15.

8. The currencies can be negotiated but they are so high that you may not want to negotiate higher than the screen rates you are offered.

9. Prosperity Packages may go out after the start date for our exchanges.

10. The USN asset-backed currency has been in place for several weeks.

11. Several large humanitarian projects have been funded.

12. Let them know how much liquidity you will need in the first 90 days.

13. There is no 80%-20% mandate in the Zim Internet group. You can use as much of your exchange as you feel necessary for humanitarian needs.
