The head of the Ramadi district of Anbar province, Ibrahim al-Ausaj, appealed on Sunday to international organizations to assist in the reconstruction of 32 bridges destroyed by the military operations and the organization "Daash" in the judiciary, stressing that there are nine bridges have been started to rebuild.
"There are 32 bridges in the district of Ramadi, which were destroyed by the military operations and were heard when the city was liberated from the organization," al-Ossaj said in an interview with Alsumaria News. "These bridges are concrete and irony on the Euphrates River and the international highway."
"The three bridges are Al-Qasim and Omar bin Abdul Aziz Al-Bufraj, the construction of the reconstruction of the World Bank has started ," he added.
"Four bridges have been built on the undp organization, the concrete bridge of Palestine , the iron and the Japanese bridge, the concrete and the iron," he said.
He appealed to the international organizations and the Reconstruction Fund and the World Bank to "help and contribute to the reconstruction of the destroyed bridges in Ramadi, as these bridges have a strategic and vital importance linking the center of Anbar with other districts and districts as well as on the international highway."
It is noteworthy that the infrastructure of services of health, sewage, municipalities and bridges have been severely damaged in Ramadi and the rest of Anbar as a result of the military and terrorist operations that accompanied the liberation of these cities from the organization.
