Um, just so I am clear here. So you have a contact IN THE IRAQI Parliament that is telling you exactly what is going on in their meetings??? Really?? This must be the case otherwise how would you know what is going on in their meetings. Surely you are not reporting information that has been handed down 3 or more levels of filters...are you? We all know how the phone game falls apart after level 3.... Just curious, not slammin, so relax anyone gettin hot under the collar that I should question the validity of the source. Just curious.

XXXXXX: We should see a announcement late today or early Friday morning, this will be after the Banks have recieved the info. Some of them acknowledged they recieved yesterday but the same banks branches had not recieved them yet. The announcements should set the date the banks will be exchanging I cannot tell you the date as I do not have that info. All banks will not start on the same day IMO as some are not ready yet. It appears we all will be driving some to hit the first day if possible. No rates either on the banks exchange nor ALi's exchange per Ali. Ali stated again he would beat the Banks best rate. Financialy the Iraqis need this to happen before June 1, BUT since this Iraq and the CBI like our Federal Reserve is privately owned has no concern about what Iraq really needs they very well could drag their feet on the anticipated June 1 date. I have not recieved any numbers contrary to the IMF $5+ numbers but like everything else in Iraq and the ME contracts are meant to be renegotiated. Happens everytime I do a contract in the ME so we have to allow for it. IMO the $5+ figures are valid. The $1. figures have no substance as it will not fit their plan. XXXXXXX

Randy already said this on his call yesterday. He said last week the Kurds gave M until Tuesday to follow through with finishing erbal/arbal, hcl, and announce goi, then Shabs pulls the trigger and we could be done and have an RV today or tomorrow. If M done not then the Kurds will leave the block, kick M out get temp replacement for PM finish the loose ends and then RV. Randy thinks that if we have to the go the long route it would be around 3-weeks. Randy is one person with credibility. I hope he is right. God Bless

Steamer, THANKS for posting the truth here. More desire positive confessions and believing, then really recognizing. For some of us, we have been around SO long, we pretty much size up all posts today with what we have heard for years. Many NEWBIES though, take every post, of these guys/gals for REAL and expect this to be like NOW! When I was reading your post, I kept saying, "This sure sounds like what we have heard for years!" Then when you posted the date, I just smiled and said, THERE YOU GO! TerryK put a post up last week, that was almost, VERBATIM to a post from two years ago. Poppy2, bless their heart, has said for two years as well, their HIGH PARLIAMENT intel knows all things. They write as IF they are IN the Parliament meetings themselves. Maliki should have NEVER been put back in, even by OUR politicking over there. He LOST the election, kept progress going for almost one year and then they all caved and put him back in. Fact is, IF, we that have been around a few years take the posts of CURRENT time, they are no different than 2008 to now. We could be here a VERY long time. Thanks for speaking forth reality.

I have a question (which I have asked everytime this "Maliki is the problem" thing comes up:

Why in the world would Maliki hold up the RV?? He would be a HERO to his people if this came out during his tenure. It makes no sense that he would stop this.

Unless he doesn't like to theoretical deal where we are supposed to get cheap oil out of this...which I have never seen anything official to back up..but IF that were true maybe that's why he would try and stop it??? This thing is way over all our heads it's not funny.

That does make sense, thanks. I just can't believe the people tolerate Mr. Do Nothing. I mean really, the guy has done nothing since the elections which all makes me wonder if he is just waiting for th U.S. to leave so he can start strong arming and dictating...under Iran's guidance. You may have just read Maliki's mind

me1 as dinarace said this is all about POWER not money. Once erbil is emplemented M will lose 2/3rd of his power. M has never shown love to his people his love is power, he has an army of guards around him and can't go anywhere for fear of his life. He has always been the #1 problem getting the RV done for months. In recent times other than our debt problem slowing things down M has always been the problem. There is and never will be an in country RV, there has never been any kind of RV yet, when it does RV it will not take days,weeks, to go around the globe that is a joke, there have never been and will never be a "three teir RV" as in a real RV that is all "junk intel". All of this stuff is all "junk intel" When it RV's it will RV all over the world, in minutes everyone will know all over the world it will start with the CBI! and go from there. We will know it everywhere. There will be no bank line up going around the globe. when it RV's if you live in Fl and your bank is open at that time and they are set up for currency exchange you will be able go and cash in. All this complicated hype will not be in the picture once we have a true RV. God Bless
