How's this for intel

I received a call from a higher up in a 3 letter agency that confirmed from a reliable source that he was told by a person (whom if I told you his name I would have to kill you) who is the next of kin to the another person that controls the RV, that the RV is very close and will definitely happen when the person that I can't tell you allows it to happen. The higher up guy thinks that it is upon us now or sometimes in the near or distant future, but did not want to get us all worked up over nothing happening until it happens. I trust this higher up person because he has always told me the most current intel, however fluid it might be. The rate was not mentioned but IMO will be between .86 and whatever it comes out at.
I really think everyone should be excited about this breaking intel and get your suitcase packed with dinars and get ready to be at the bank either tomorrow or some day in the future. When I get some additional intel from either the reliable source or the higher up, I will pass it on as I know you are like me and want to be kept abreast of all the latest breaking intel.
