The liberation of Mosul will remove a major impediment that the GOI has said was in the way of reform. I am cautiously optimistic.

Enorrste is correct. The victory in Mosul will remove a barrier for reform in Iraq.

The reform they mean is for the country, not the dinar.

Until Iraq is Secure, Sovereign, and Stable, nothing can happen to the currency.
