The former president told the CIA David Petraeus, said that the independence of the Kurdistan region is not easy now.
Petraeus said the Kurdistan Regional Government has decided to hold a referendum of independence, but it is difficult to declare independence, adding, that through his presidency of the Central Intelligence Agency, conducted an assessment and reach a vision that that for the Kurdistan Regional Government declaration of a coherent state, it is necessary to export 800 thousand barrels of oil per day abroad, to be the price per barrel of $ 105 at least.
