shooter to SpiritualWarrior1: I have a quick question, I thought I say someone mention at the time that you make your appointment on the phone with the bank, you would have to give them an account number. Do we have to give them our account number in order to make the appointment?
5:45:16] irishmary to gypsymama: I was told by two WF Managers yesterday because of the Patriot's Act Iraqi Dinar is not one of the currencies WF USA exchanges. They also said they didn't believe any USA bank could exchange Iraqi Dinar because of the Patriot's Act. Has anyone any input on this?
[15:46:17] SpiritualWarrior1 to irishmary: Just open the account and wait...
[15:46:40] Haveachat: We have been to WF and opened our accounts - they gave us special treatment when we opened - and they did not say one word
[15:48:01] mkliter to irishmary: I opened my account at WF and recieved the upmost respect
15:48:16] irishmary to gypsymama: I asked the WF Managers if they had a foreign exchange department, and that's when the Iraqi Dinar currency came up.
[15:49:29] SpiritualWarrior1 to NICHOLE22: DO NOT CALL BANKS... If they shut down due to lack of manpower, we're all using our mattresses... Wake up!
[15:50:42] NICHOLE22 to SpiritualWarrior1: I wish i knew cause im 3 hrs away from my bank
15:51:36] shooter to SpiritualWarrior1: This is the first time I've heard that you have to "PROVIDE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT.". We was that begun?
[15:51:42] GLORIOUS: gypsymama: some folks have to wait to get the RV to even open an account...do you think that means they can't get an appointment?
[15:52:09] BuddyLee: I have four Wells Fargos in my hometown, only one does currency exchange... They have not been overly nice... but, the Wealth Manager called me yesterday... He did not elude, or insinuate, that anything had happened... But he did seem very interested in my intel... I turn 26 on Sunday, and there's really no reason for him to go out of his way to communicate with me, little lone spend half an hour talking about an "investment" that Wells "officially" advises agianst pusuing...
[15:52:29] jinx024 to NICHOLE22: u must have an appointment to do exchange so doesnt matter how far away u are
[15:55:21] SpiritualWarrior1: Forget EVERYTHING to this point... We will receive explicit instructions on when and where to go. That's pretty simple to comprehend...
[15:55:50] gypsymama to GLORIOUS: I only know what Okie and Bulldog has said and that is you need to open an acct asap. you can open an account for a minium ammount and you can still use the money in that account after 24hrs as long as you leave like 10 dollars in it to keep it open
[15:55:55] NICHOLE22 to jinx024: true, but what if they want me to come in like an hour? lol its ok ive got my bags packed and in my car!
5:59:24] SunMoonDancer to SpiritualWarrior1: I must have missed it .
[15:59:26] shooter to SpiritualWarrior1: I'm not sure you saw my question. Who said we would have to give our account number to get an appointment with the bank?
[15:59:52] Haveachat: Thank you - I should have said that - the timing has been frustrating but I have never doubted this would happen - just when - but this is the real thing at this time - just to much information out there today. I cannot wait.
[16:00:21] LostB4God to gypsymama: Do you suppose the IRS will announce how they will tax this event AFTER it RV's??
16:05:32] ddsnp: Hunker2005...I know chase is one of the banks
[16:05:34] stm53: ooohh yooohooo ?....does the dodd/frank act cover our accounts if wf goes under??? insurance like the fdic
[16:05:43] LaGal to SpiritualWarrior1: Does the acct.have to be non-interest in order to make appt? tyvm
[16:06:01] hunker2005: thank u
[16:06:35] geeman to SpiritualWarrior1: I am sorry but i would like a little more information on why we must make an appointment using our account number. I never heard of such a thing. That seems to be a security issue to me!
[16:06:42] BuddyLee: dodd frank ins is through the fdic
[16:07:01] LaGal to SpiritualWarrior1: thank you
[16:07:11] AK47: I don't think they will turn you down if you have 7 numbers of dinar
[16:07:14] BuddyLee: its just a mandate that fully insures any non interest baring transaction account
[16:07:51] BuddyLee: through the end of the year...
[16:08:26] GLORIOUS: gypsymama: thanks for the info. I suppose one could go to an airport currency exchange and do a small bill, then go into any bank, open an account, then call the 800# for an "appt."...what do you think?
[16:08:48] BuddyLee: you can read about it right on wells fargo's website ( all the way at the bottom of the home screen ) there is a learn more link... its part of that
6:10:38] GLORIOUS: oops...guess gypsymama is away...anyone care to comment to my suggestion to use an airport currency exchange for a small bill, then go open an account at a wf? Just sayin, some folks are that much on empty and have only save their dinar during the famine...
[16:11:29] BuddyLee: And i believe its their "Value" acct they try to give you... idk if it qualifies... but it pays out something crazy small (.0001%) but that is still interest... i know they do have another one, you just have to be crystal clear about NO interest
[16:24:07] PiratesMom to SpiritualWarrior1: At any bank right...CHASE isok
[16:25:30] Purple1955: I Just came home from Wells Fargo at 3pm and spoke with 2 investment bankers, they stated no bank in the United States is dealing with or cashing Iraqi Dinar at this time. Ive checked with 7 different banks dealing with foreign currency, none of them will take this money. Has anyone else come upon this ?
6:42:01] SpiritualWarrior1: I HAVE SOME NEW WORD TO PASS ON BANKS WHEN EVERYONE SETTLES DOWN
[16:42:05] BuddyLee: Janana... actually, they were advised to set up their accts if not already done...
[16:42:05] LostB4God to CmdPilot: If we don't go to the bank...how we supposed to open our non-interest account?? lol
16:45:44] SpiritualWarrior1: THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE HANDLED "BUSINESS AS USUAL" AT BANKS. THEY WANT YOU TO STOP STIRRING THINGS UP AT THE BRANCH LEVEL... ALL (REPEAT) ALL YOU WILL NEED TO SET AN APPOINTMENT IS THE CODE YOU RECEIVE WITH THE PACKAGES. DO NOT CALL OR VISIT BANKS UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
[16:46:39] SpiritualWarrior1: WE WILL KEEP YOU INFORMED AS FURTHER INFORMATION BECOME AVAILABLE ... TYVM
[16:46:55] mdd to footstank: its a value checking acct. opened it with a $100 put onto my credit card. they mailed me a signature card to sign and return.. and they mailed me my debit card. it was easy
[16:48:09] BuddyLee: mdd; i do believe the value acct acrues interest... even if it is only a fraction of a percent... its not non-interest baring...
[16:48:44] Anointed1377 to SpiritualWarrior1: I didn't call in reference to dinars, only about non interest bearing accts. The chase rep asked me about the dinars.
[16:50:47] modelwoman: Both the girl at the WF we opened our non-interest bearing account and the branch manager hold dinars. We also went to the BOA in town and the girl we spoke there to was a dinar holder.
But then my husband had called our ivestment banker at WF about one of our CD's a few days ago and she said not to touch Dinar, of course she is in the position with the bank to sell the bank products not foreign currency. I figure she has a pocket book full of it too though, since the branch manager does.
16:52:45] mdd to footstank: With in 3 days. after u set up the acct it tells u all this info. the acct is still active within 24 hrs
inspired to SpiritualWarrior1: well let me ask it this way....as I am sincerely trying to understand! Are you still going to be posting the (post), that you have been for most of the day? Should people be getting to their (designated) Bank asap to open an account still?
[17:06:22] SpiritualWarrior1 to namvet68: Other than a Big 4 bank that deals in foreign currency... NO
[17:06:32] GuitarMan: According to my local Chase branch (about a month ago), they aren't involved in this at all right now. This was told to me after the Personal Banker called their Foreign Currency Exchange Dept.
[17:07:18] kybo: we must have a non interest baring checking account b-4 we can make an appointment.
[17:07:46] SpiritualWarrior1 to WALKERROCKWELL: BANK ... Not Wells Fargo. Although we have personal preferences, we do not endorse a particular banking institution here
7:12:14] GuitarMan: Am giving serious thought to selling my dinar.
[17:13:09] jrgo3: guitar man look for the landing gear to drop shortly
17:16:16] C0WB0Y4LIF3: Does WF offer the Dodd Frank non-intrest bearing accounts? if so, Should I set up a Dodd Frank non-intrest bearing account for WF before i make appointment? Is WF giving packages with codes?
17:16:51] kjs to C0WB0Y4LIF3: Yes, they do. Just opened one two days ago.
[17:17:16] WALKERROCKWELL: its a dodd frank act account type
[17:17:36] C0WB0Y4LIF3 to kjs: Awesome, thank you. Did they have knowledge of the IQD or did you just set it up?
17:21:54] kookkie1: Chase said they do not have a no interest-bearing acct
[17:23:50] kjs to kookkie1: I have a non-interest checking account at Chase... have had it for years
17:25:09] kjs to C0WB0Y4LIF3: I was setting up an account for a trust, and did not get into the IQD stuff with them (they didn't ask details, and I didn't offer)
17:26:19] superpig to SpiritualWarrior1: please excuse my dumb question but you say SpiritWarrior that all we need is the code we receive with the bank packages. WHere will we get/view those packages?
[17:27:08] SpiritualWarrior1 to superpig: When the RV is announced by Okie, additional information will be provided
[17:27:43] superpig to SpiritualWarrior1: Thank you! You all Rock my Socks by the way!
[17:27:47] C0WB0Y4LIF3: If this RV occurs tonight, do you feel the banks will stay open 24/7 tommorow....or for that matter open on Sunday?
[17:28:30] kjs to C0WB0Y4LIF3: My large local branch had trust experts, and they knew exactly what we needed. They offered two different non-interest personal checking accounts.
[17:30:39] SpiritualWarrior1 to C0WB0Y4LIF3: It's when, not if. Yes, banks will be open around-the-clock for 7 days... latest report
[17:30:42] C0WB0Y4LIF3 to kjs: That is very good news, I'm going to go open one up tommorow morning when i get off work! I rly appreciate the intel : )....I'm gonna be bouncing off walls if this occurs tonight!
[17:31:28] SpiritualWarrior1 to C0WB0Y4LIF3: Might miss work?
18:30:57] dinarmama7: Here is a possible scenario for everyone to think about. What if calling the 800# one of the requirements was that you have your basic no interest checking account set up at Wells Fargo first in order to set your appointment. We have been told for how many months now to get hose accounts set up. It is very easy. $100. No interest checking account. Comes w/savings account and debit card automatically. Turn it into a TAG account once you are depositing. Precludes the 24 hour wait when depositing large amounts of money. Think about it.
[18:31:14] dinarmama7 to JTL1015: No remote locations for one.
[18:31:45] jbh1072012: my friend at chase called to let me know that they have not been trained on anything and that there was no waiting list
[18:32:18] dinarmama7: We have a large group and had talked to our Private Bankers about setting up a remote location for the whole group. When they checked into it, cannot be done.
[18:32:41] ehmjr: I just setup my NIBA on tuesday. The rep that opened the account ask me if it was for a foreign currency about to increase in value. I said yes an ask if he knew anything, he said he didn't, but there were people there that did. At the end he said I guess I probably be seeing you soon, and he knew I live 3hrs away. that was at WF.
[18:33:21] hunnybear to dinarmama7: Wells F made me keep $1500.00 in my account or they took $25.00 a month service charge..Chase requires that too.
[18:33:40] dinarmama7 to ehmjr: Yes it is very easy to set it up.
[18:33:51] scottnbritt to dinarmama7: We were originally told that WF would come to set up accounts for our group at a remote location. Sounded a little weird to me, i set up my account on my own inside the bank.
[18:34:01] Yuup: what does TAG stand for
[18:34:34] dinarmama7 to hunnybear: You can set up a regular NIBA, not the TAG account and switch it to a TAG later. Same account number just change the type of account.
[18:34:37] ehmjr: I was told no fees for 90 days
[18:34:39] cindieloohoo: Honestly, If I have accounts set up at BofA and US Bank, do you think I will be okay, or should I open another at Well?
[18:34:49] dinarmama7 to Yuup: Look up Frank/Dodd account on google.
[18:34:59] kokla: DO you HAVE to have non interest bearing to cash in? I do not have $1500 to put into an acct. I have reg checking and savings at WF
[18:35:15] sue47: What if we have an account at BofA or any of the other big 4. Will that work or do we HAVE to go to WF?
[18:35:34] dinarmama7 to kokla: You can open a regular NIBA for $100. Change it to TAG later.
[18:35:47] woody to dinarmama7: question i want to cash in at a WF but i have to go out of State to get to one and we have been told repeatedly that we can set up all our accounts the day of cash in with no penteleys are you saying find some way to get to the bank first
[18:35:53] SpiritualWarrior1 to sue47: Any Big 4
18:36:31] dtrgolf to dinarmama7: Here's a scenario my brother (primarily) and I came up with. PBs will not be involved in cash-in. They cannot even casn-in a deposit...must go through tellers. We will be dealing only with tellers (in special area of bank?) apart from lobby tellers..Makes sense with 24/7 adn why some PBs still know nothing.IMHO
[18:36:36] dinarmama7: Okay, let me ask all of you a question. How many months has OKIE said Wells Fargo? Does OKIE speak frivolously, except about cookies and dufus'?
[18:36:41] JTL1015: what has happened to okie heseems to have fallen off the radar? Hummmmmmmm?
[18:36:48] ehmjr: pardon my ignorance what is a TAG account?
[18:36:54] SpiritualWarrior1 to kokla: You can sign a waiver cancelling interest on your account when you meet with private banker
[18:36:56] Blinkster: Just FYI I opened a Non-Interest Bearing Account at Chase for only a $25 deposit.
[18:37:10] annie2u44224: what if you have an interest bearing account?
[18:37:16] dinarmama7 to seokgrl: I just got back from opening one. $100. Assured it can be switched to TAG immediately upon need.
[18:37:18] dinarmama7 to JTL1015: Not even remotely.
18:38:05] wwwgregn21: Non interest bearing account protects all of your money
[18:38:13] kjs to dinarmama7: I recall Okie being pretty balanced in mentioning "Big 4", Chase, Citi, BofA and Wells Fargo over the last few weeks, at least...
[18:38:31] mofoxtrot1: no chase no wells fargo no boa no 5/3 no citibank remotely close to where I live and when I say remotely I mean hours away
18:38:34] jbh1072012: i opened accts at big 4; minimum amts vary based on expected deposit levels and timeframes...all were non interest bearing accounts
[18:38:54] WMBlondie to seokgrl: --i called my bank to see how to avoid monthly service fees. There are various ways open. Best to ask them about it.
[18:38:57] dinarmama7: A TAG account is governed by a special ACT which allows unlimited amounts of funds in one account guaranteed for full face value until Dec 31, 2012.
[18:39:05] dinarmama7: You can open one online 24/7
[18:39:34] jbh1072012: i heard that u can open b of a account online
[18:39:49] Doris to dinarmama7: Waht is a TAG account?
[18:40:04] SpiritualWarrior1 to mofoxtrot1: EVERYONE.... WAIT until the list comes out with participating locations. No sense fretting at this point.
[18:40:05] frencheeey to SpiritualWarrior1: Some of have to wait. BOA contacted a friend in my area last week and referred us to WF, the closest one is 30 miles away. Don't have a Chase either...so I have to wait to see who all is participating in my area
[18:40:06] JTL1015: Would like to know that he is still hanging in here with us, I am so skeptical about it all , just hoping the good Lord will bless us? Its all in his time not ours you all know?
[18:40:07] crafter to cindieloohoo: I was told US Bank did not subscribe to that Dodd-Frank account. Apparently, they had an option.
[18:40:31] NRGMedGal to dinarmama7: Hello....In light of what you just said about setting up an account vs. what SpiritualWarrior said regarding 'not stirring things up at the banks at the branch level...don't go to the bank'...am I misunderstanding what SW is saying about not going to the bank? Is it okay to go to the bank to set up the account? Or should we wait until the RV and call the bank with the code and set up an account at our scheduled appointment? Thank you!
[18:40:45] kjs: TAG == FDIC Transaction Account Guarantee program. You can look it up online...
[18:40:46] Doris to dinarmama7: TY
18:41:52] hunnybear: All I know is I opened up at WELLS FARGO with $100.00 and after 90 days got charged $25.00 a month...Lady I called said minimum was $1500.00
[18:41:58] kjs to NRGMedGal: You can open an account without saying anything about Dinar. That's just a normal banking procedure (opening an account). That's not stirring things up. Asking about cashing dinar out and procedures for such is stirring things up.
[18:41:59] woody to dinarmama7: thanks i will tonight
[18:42:15] mofoxtrot1 to SpiritualWarrior1: was just wondering about gettijng accounts set up ahead I am with a group of 10 to 15 peeps and am supposed to be handling the set up and where we go just a little frustrating as I been in this just since this past Dec so realy a newbie
[18:42:57] kjs to hunnybear: The account I just opened is $7/mo., waived for a variety of things, including minimum $1,500 balance...
[18:43:19] jbh1072012: good idea...i'll look ;(
[18:43:29] dinarmama7 to NRGMedGal: I went in to open an account. Everyday business. I did not say one word about currency, IQD, multimillions, or anything else. I went in to set up an account. Normal business.
[18:44:04] kjs to mofoxtrot1: It took 90 minutes to set up WF account for the trust we just created. 10-15 people will take a couple days...
18:46:42] 134th to dinarmama7: In the case of Wells Fargo you can go in to a branch and open a standard account and they can waive the $100 fee to open. All you need is a standard account and they can switch you to a TAG account when you make your deposit. No need to open special accounts now or brokerage accounts with fees.
8:47:30] denise3106: if unempolyed in has unempolyed benfit coming you can open account which no month fee
[18:48:12] kjs to Barb: When you call for your appointment, you should be able to indicate that you'll be becoming a customer of that bank (opening an account) in addition to doing the dinar currency conversion...
[18:50:47] kokla: Ive called my bank and the 800 number for WF and they all claim to know nothing about TAG or non-interest bearing acts. They said they have non-profit acts....same thing? I never mentioned anything about foreign currency
Yuup:kokla... i have a non interest account at WF.. you spoke to the wrong person
18:59:57] TXSolar: We opened 2 non-interest bearing accounts at Wells six weeks ago and ordered checks for our checking account, and we weren't charged anything...didn't have to put any money in the accounts. In fact, if you put money in, they are the wrong account. You cannot commingle any funds with the revaluation funds.................
[19:00:07] stm53: i just open 3 niba today, and they said i can open with $5 (five) in each account....the thing is, that after the papers were signed, they didn't ask me for any money at all...they told me it would be ready for me to deposit in....
[19:00:31] SpiritualWarrior1 to PoppaD: there will be a rate package, and a perk or incentive package
[19:01:37] swangel: Are there more banks included in the packages then just the BIG 4? All of the BIG 4 banks said that they do not deal with the Dinar. I opened a Non-Interest Bearing account with TD Bank, since they confirmed that they do deal with the Dinar. Will that bank be included in the packages? I live on Long Island in New York btw...
[19:04:58] Jesusfreak247: i just back home from WF and they turned me away. they said that i was high risk and even if i had a million dollars they wouldnt except me. She drilled me with questions of why i was opening a account. I told her that i was looking to have a second bank. She tried to sell me this that and the other but i said no thanks. She said why are looking to open this account and she mentioned is this for dinar. I said well yeah. she said i will be right back and said that we cant except you.
[19:05:00] moni101101: I'm back from WF we opened up our account, I did ask questions without mentioning one word of The Dinar, they explained to me with currency echange/cash-in you have to have your bank account opened for 72 before you can pull any money out, also they explained to me you can transfer to a non-interest bearing account its instantly at time of transfer. $100.00 to open your account, but if you are a student or not employed the monthly bank fee is waived.
19:07:03] Jesusfreak247 to moni101101: [19:07:51] MTDinar to Jesusfreak247: so WF was gonna trun you away until they found out about the Dinar?
[19:08:00] ddsnp: With chase I only had to open with $25did they run a credit check for you to open a account
19:09:31] sandymacy:
My husband is a veteran so we were able to open a Chase account with $25.00.
[19:09:51] moni101101 to Jesusfreak247: No they didn't, but if you are on the check system, you know when you owe the bank any money it will show it will appear.
[19:10:15] Jesusfreak247 to MTDinar: she said that she had to make a call and needed to know why i was opening the account and she said it's dinar isnt it. I said yes n then she said she would be right back.
19:11:09] Jesusfreak247 to moni101101: i had a repo 3yrs ago but im still paying for the vehicle, does that count.
[19:11:20] MTDinar to Jesusfreak247: so they opened one for you without further issue?
19:12:12] Jesusfreak247 to moni101101: no they didnt. they told me they would except me even if i had a million dollars
19:12:51] doghouse to TXSolar: why can't you co-mingle funds with the revaluation funds???
[19:13:35] sunriseglass to TXSolar: yes please explain the co-mingle
[19:14:54] Apostle7: Hey Jesusfreak247, Don't worry brother, you will have the last laugh, I promise. In fact, after the RV when you have your money, go to a different branch and bring a cashier's check for $1 million and see if they want your business then?
19:15:40] Jesusfreak247 to Apostle7: lol. the enemy is always trying to discourage
[19:16:08] moni101101 to Jesusfreak247: As long as you are making your payments that makes you current! Check System is for people who write out Fraudulent Checks.
19:16:22] Jesusfreak247: question do they run a chex on you if your are opening a saveings account
[19:18:00] Apostle7: Jesusfreak247, some times, it's just the evil and ugly people in this world, jealous and unhappy. Do Not Worry, put the whole thing in God's Hands, and when you get angry with that evil person that helped or didn't help you at WF's just remember when you cash out that that particular person is still making under $50K a year and they will still be evil and ugly and unhappy, long after you retire to the Island you and your wife will pick out!
[19:18:35] Blinkster: CHEX systems is used for any kind of band indiscretions, from fraudulent checks to bank overdraws that don't get paid in a timely manner. On top of that, it can be easy to be reported to CHEX when you shouldn't have been... and good luck getting that report withdrawn if it was bogus, or if you make good on an oversight with your bank account
[19:19:44] moni101101 to Jesusfreak247: We did open a checking and savings account they did not run a back ground check or a credit check, and of course their system does notify the bankers if you are on the check system.
[19:22:22] TXSolar: If you go to the FDIC web site, you can find the FAQs for the Dodd Frank non-interest bearing account. I'm not allowed to post the link here. If you move say $100 from an interest bearing checking account to your non-interet bearing account, the funds will not qualify for the protection. It's very clear on the FAQs...................
dinarmama7 to matt40: GodsWaterBoy:
The only thing necessary to get a Transaction Account Guarantee (TAG) account is to open ANY "non interest bearing account" in ANY FDIC insured Institution. The TAG account is the product of the Dodd-Frank Act dated June 13, 2011. You can find a Q/A document regarding the portion of the act that concerns us at (http://www.fdic.gov/deposit/deposits/unlimited/faq.pdf) It has been extended to December 31, 2012 and insures all funds deposited 100% against bank failure. The account cannot be connected to ANY interest bearing account wherein it could receive ANY interest. Think of it as an account that an accountant or attorney might use to disperse specific funds to its rightful owners. The money cannot gain or lose value, it must be dispersed exactly as charged and at the timing of the person who is controlling the account..
19:24:37] TXSolar to dinarmama7: Right, Dinarmama7, but you can't take $100 from your checking account to open a non-interest bearing account. That will nullify the account for protection............
..
19:24:45] sue47: TXSolar - Ihave a NIBA at B of A and it was not funded with money from an interest bearing acct. That should be okay? I will get on that website however.
[19:25:32] dinarmama7 to TXSolar: You can take out $100 cash and put it in. Who knows where your cash goes?
[19:26:44] TXSolar to dinarmama7: See the last sentence of Paragraph No. 11 of the non-interest bearing account FAQs.................
19:29:03] dinarmama7 to TXSolar: Cash is cash. If I take out $200 out of my account and use $100 of it for groceries and $100 for opening an account, there is no trail of where that money came from. Not mixing accounts.,
19:29:37] SpecialAgentGibbs to dinarmama7: Agreed
[19:30:36] TXSolar to dinarmama7: Right, but you shouldn't go open a non-interest bearing account and transfer funds from your checking account to open it..................
19:31:51] TXSolar: Cash is cash, and it's clean.
moni101101 to Nicky82385: I'm a believer God told me to invest I'll never forget my path on how I arrived here, it was a beautiful feeling, my chest was glowing with his spirit i felt it so deeply in my chest i knew I had to get up and do this, it took me 2 day after I learned from a perfect stanger who started to talk to and the first thing he said was Iraqi Dinar, him and I are freinds now he tells me he doesnt know why he said that to me he says wow till this day. It makes me smile to aslo learn he is a pastor. Wow we say.
(Dinar Recaps Note: This post is for informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax or investment advice. Dinar Recaps advises that everyone should do their own due diligence and seek local Professional tax, legal and/or investment advisers.)
