General Update Good Progress, No Radio Program

Dear Friends,

This past week has been very busy for me as I just returned home last night from a 2nd trip to Reno in the last month.

On one hand things are progressing very well.  On the other hand I need to take some increased security measures.

The hold that has been placed on the funds for the 1st round have been released, but there is still another step before the funds can be sent out.  That is now on a day by day basis.  Those decisions are made at pay grades way beyond myself and those in Reno.  So we need to just be patient.

On the other hand, surveillance and monitoring has dramatically picked up.  All my phone calls are tapped and all my emails are being monitored by some who would like to entrap me in this process.

Technology is available to intercept any form of digital communication and change it to what the interceptors want it to be.  Because of that I have to take a step back and limit my digital communication for a period of time.

They could intercept some of my emails or phone calls and change what was said to what they want it to be.  Because my newsletter list is so large, it could create some problems and delays for all of us.  The last thing we want is more delays and I am sure you do not want me to create one due to a security breach.

So, once again there will be no radio program tonight.

Thank you for understanding and please understand that all is well and this step back in my communication is good news for all of us.

We have never been this far along before.

Other workshop dates:  Chicago April 29th and New Orleans on May 20th.  I will post the registration for the Chicago workshop in a few days.

The following three locations will be Seattle, Philadelphia and Denver.  Dates are not firm but they will be about 3 weeks apart.

Yes, what prevents a member of the 'cabal' from signing up and attending his workshop, other than not being interested in his stories! On his last radio program in March, he stated there were what he thought were FBI (or some other alphabet agency) at his workshop, so he deduced he was in the clear as a result.

Dave may have jumped the gun too soon if he thinks he's in the clear.  It does take a while to gather information to build a case.  I'm thinking this is the calm before the storm. 

I think Ssmith may have dealt Dave the death blow over this fake photo of the VP's plane. Let's hope so anyway.

If he is selling out his workshop, it doesn't seem to be affecting him too much. You can get away with all kinds of nonsense if you promise people money, as we see on this site every day.

I said in a different thread that I couldn't quite work out if Dave was a lying scumbag or a massive idiot who was being scammed by his so-called "contacts". In the light of Ssmiths wonderful research on that photo, and this response by Dave, I'm tending towards "lying scumbag".

I think Dave sincerely believes in his story.  He has said on numerous occasions that he is on a Divine Mission and that he is protected.  Given his background as both a politician and a minister, it is not too hard to consider that he is completely under the spell of this worldview.  

He is just as certain about financial liberation for humanity through these "funding sources" as other folks are that the Dinar or any other foreign currency will not RV and provide spectacular returns.  He seeks out intel that confirms his view, and for whatever reason, there are people out there who want to play the role of "high level intel" that keep feeding this myth.  

Like preachers and politicians are prone to do, folks like Dave talk about the best case scenario and believe it is not only possible, but inevitable, rather than what is likely given the history and current state of human nature.

Dave is one of many who feed heavily on a diet of Pie in the Sky and serves it up to his followers at $100 a piece at his workshops . . . and they partake enthusiastically.  

Dave is a New Age preacher of prosperity, a new world that is just around the next corner, once all the dark forces of resistance to this new reality are overcome.

Is Dave lying or just peddling hopium?  There are no laws against peddling hopium, and that is why Dave and others like him keep doing what they are doing.  

Dave sincerely believes in his product.  As long as folks are buyin', someone will keep sellin'.

I don't give Dave that much credit.  He's nothing more than a two bit scammer who has found a ready audience to profit from.  No doubt he's into the new age mumbo jumbo, but I think he knows full well what he's doing and it's all about making money......  ethics and legality be damned.

I agree, Ssmith.  I had my doubts too until he started faking the photos.  No way he's honest but just misled.

he's been caught in attempts to flat-out lie to people multiple times...completely calculated and intentional attempt to mislead...so no, he peddles lies and deceit...and he may feed heavily on a diet of pie, but not pie in the sky...

Assuming that Dave really does believe the BS he's peddling (which I don't believe for a minute), where is his conscience?  One of his big selling points of his workshops is that he is able to "share" things that he can't on his calls.  His intel has consistently been wrong.  Yet he is still putting them on and making money off of people who can least afford it.

Dave doesn't have the best track record of being ethical!

VETERANS CALL ON DAVE SCHMIDT TO RETURN OVER $30,000 IN "LOST WAGES"

Veterans in Washington State are demanding former State Senator Dave Schmidt return over $30,000 worth of campaign contributions that he paid himself in "lost wages" due to missing 208 days of National Guard duty. The group is also demanding that he release his canceled orders to the public for the National Guard duty he failed to perform because of his 2006 failed state senate race.

Rick Hegdahl, a Navy veteran and Captain of the Washington State Chapter of VoteVets.org said, "Dave Schmidt has either disgraced himself for failing to perform his obligated duty as a National Guard soldier, which he took an oath to serve, or he has disgraced himself by falsifying missing National Guard duty so he could enrich himself. There's no middle ground.
The law does allow someone to claim lost wages if one can verify missed work. In the case of Schmidt, he would have to show an excused absence in the form of cancelled orders, from the National Guard.

"Even if Dave Schmidt was excused from 208 days of duty, to take campaign contributions and put them in his own pocket under the guise of 'lost wages' is extremely shady, and disrespectful of the hundreds of thousands of Guard members who juggle a lot of responsibilities and still make it for duty. That includes other Guard members running for office," said Hegdahl. "If, however, Schmidt does not prove he was excused from duty, we can only conclude that he lied about his Guard duty to line his own pocket. That would be highly illegal."

If this is the case, then why does he not proceed with what he calls Round 2 of his private exchange? That is sure to bring in at least a few million $$. Since he has been dissing the Dinar in favor of the Dong, he and/or his cohorts would much more easily be able to exchange it than the Dinar, and fill their pockets.

I imagine it's because he thinks there is a good chance he could end up behind bars.

Subject: Dave Schmidt silent and pushing away from Pif "Mark Meersman private exchanges"   Wed 25 Jun - 22:13 Dave Schmidt, The Sedona Connection, after pushing and hosting a Dong "Private Exchange" sponsored by Mark Meersman "Pif" on his website and suggesting followers join, has changed his statements. In fact is moving away from Meersman, in total, claiming for legal reasons ! He claims to have nothing to do with this Private Exchange, and his job is done. Nonsense ! Last week, he cancelled his "Blog Talk" Radio show due to needing to film on ser in California. This week on his show he claims he was off last week due to needing a break. Seems, the embattled former Washingtyon State senator is a Fraud. Consider listening to the replay of his June 25th program, and see for yourself. As for "Pif" Mark Meersman, and all the hype from Schmidt about Meersman and the Legacy of his grandfather, and pumping him on his radio show, then Schmidts sudden departure, and nothing from Meersman, only leave one to suspect. Everything is available on the sedonaconnection.com replay programs and news letters. This is a notice of caution. Further, anyone who gave personal information to Schmidt and Meersman, should consider notifying your Attorney General and The Federal Authorities promptly ! This potentially could be a very serious issue.
