If you've noticed ... over the past year, Fitch has been slowly upgrding their creit rating.  The last upgrade was a B-. Now it's been upgraded to B+.  And CNBC is all over it !!!

There currency never was international at those numbers.

Ok, here's your research, the last exchange rate was in the early 80s $3.11 to a $1.00 in country, not international, Saddam started trading oil for euros, to other countries,& the United States, traded food for oil, in that time period ,Saddam closed down the newspapers and had them print more dinar, billions maybe trillions, nevertheless it cause hyper inflation. But even at the highest rate at $3.33 to a dollar & that was only because the dollar was dropping at that time, it still was not international, before the food for oil, they was paying every think off internationally with the dollar , then the euro. Now during the war as now they are using the dollar to pay international trade & money that they owe countries in USD.
