A. March 27 2017 TNT :

1. The GCR should be by Fri. March 31.We are in the home stretch, if everything goes according to what I’ve been told. I have been told there is a plan, so this should be it. The next TNT call on Fri. should be of a different nature. If things go pop earlier than that, Wed. could be a post-RV call! Certainly the 31st should be post-RV, based on the information I'm hearing. It’s not a guarantee or a promise, just an expectation based on what has taken place, some of which you have not heard about. It should be done prior to April 1."

2. The Dinar incountry rate was $3.50 to $4.00

3. Over the weekend Iraqi TV announced that the new rates had to be adhered to and a memo went out to the banks repeating that info.

4. This morning March 27 Irai TV announced soldiers were no longer needed in Mosul - the battle was finished.

B. March 27 2017 TNT Update: Iraqi TV is reporting that military actions are no longer needed on the right sector of Western Mosul, small areas remain with human shields still being utilized. Command leaders are saying the battle is finished on the military level. Leaflets are being dropped in the city informing Isis/Daesh fighters of their inevitable doom.

It was reported today that Iraqi TV is referencing a memo from the CBI to the banking industry pertaining to an established (but not revealed) new international rate that must be adhered when released.

D. March 27 2017 8:39 am EST Weekly ZAP Report: "When will the Children Play?" - Weekly ZAP - The Office of POOFness - 3.26.17

1. Poof: No one on the white hats side has control. They can’t be in all places where short cuts happen and where one command or one snap or one snipped line or one broken code can upend the intended transaction(s). Do not give up hope. Ultimately the game will play out and intentions met. The troops are invested and working hard. More have joined them and that is a VERY Good Sign!!

2. Susan: It has become glaringly clear that the politics of the day is having a direct impact on the Currency Exchange's gaining momentum. Even the people that sit in the bleacher seats regarding the Prosperity Programs are a little miffed and very disappointed that deliveries have not begun.

3. The Prosperity Programs will start delivering invitations for you to go to the bank just as soon as the Exchanges are announced.

4. ZAP: Everyone is frustrated awaiting the actual release of funds that that is being finished now. There is good news everywhere. The plan is in full swing, but the actual tangible results are still to come.

5. Timings of the first funds to be released for the project side have been delayed time and again because of bad boys in the banks, or other things. There was not much that could be done about the delays caused by half baked potatoes demanding a million bucks just to get off their duff and sign a bank document required for the release. The greed was, and still is, rampant Very sad.

6. The good news is that we did win. I was not kidding when I said that we won before. The step by step process over the years was tough, but it was done. We won.
