Jubouri: regret on Iraq would emerge from the global educational quality index

Through the Iraqi parliament speaker Salim al regretted the recent spread in the means of regional and international media about the declining quality of education index in Iraq, and Iraq would emerge from the global educational quality index.
Jubouri said in a speech, during the second Parliamentary Forum on education in the country, the Iraqi universities submitted an elite group of experience and knowledge in the past, so that Iraq becomes a kiss for students of science and knowledge, where Iraq's universities has become a dream for those interested in obtaining advanced degrees from various countries of the world countries.
