Alissa and acting finance minister, and vows to cut off the hands of thieves

Abdul Razzaq al - Issa
The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdul Razzaq al-Issa, for assignment by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, the management of the Ministry of Finance acting, and while stressing that Iraq is a rich country and has sufficient funds and resources to enrich all of his sons, has vowed to cut off every hand trying to steal people's livelihood.
Issa said in a statement on the official page location social networking Facebook, briefed him tow, said that "raising the living standards of the poor, students and displaced people will be a priority of the work of the ministry, while noting that he vowed to manage the ministry with integrity and give each a true right, as we have already done in higher education, he said. "
He added that "after reading the initial records of the Ministry of Finance, Iraq is a rich country and has sufficient funds and resources to enrich all its citizens."
The Essa, "I'll cut each hand trying to steal people's livelihood and the poor stressing that he will raise the living standards of the poor, students and people displaced from work priorities in the ministry."
