He pointed out that "change and agreed to direct sales of oil from the Kurdistan region, provided to give citizens their salaries but this did not happen."

He continued that "the Kurdistan region does not include any official institution in order to deal with it; the House of Representatives the region depends on the work; because of Democratic policies, as well as the ministers of the change in the government of the province were excluded, moreover there is the President of Kurdistan Fmsaud Barzani sitting in presidency of the territory by force, so there is no political platform expresses the aspirations of the people. "

He pointed out that "the regime police applied in the Kurdistan region of Kurdistan Democratic Party prevents demonstrations only in areas of Sulaymaniyah and Halabja and the rest of the province and district of the change and the Union, so we are looking for solutions in Baghdad perhaps develop effective solutions to the issue of staff survival of the salaries."
