IT’S OFFICIAL:  IRAQ RAISED THE VALUE OF THEIR CURRENCY OVER THE WEEKEND!!!

Ray:  The article said, “changing the value and bringing it up against the US Dollar in the coming few days.”

Ray:  I sure did not think we would be coming back today, still talking about pre-RV situations.  Not disappointed.  Just did not think so.  There were some expectations . . . .some bank folks looking for this to go down Saturday evening.  . . We got information over the weekend the last bank (in Mosul) needed to be linked into the system.

Article over the weekend came out:  “Central bank officials confirmed yesterday that the Iraqi dinar . . . coinciding with the liberation of the City of Mosul . . . News of the central bank decided to raise the value of the Iraqi dollar against the USD . . .in the coming view days the Iraqi dinar will have a considerable rise against the US dollar.”

Is this finally it?  That’s what we wait to find out.  Is it celebration time?  We don’t know just yet.

CURRENT WINDOW:   Ray:  Going to play with today through the first . . . and see what happens.

IRAQ:    Citizens being regularly updated on the status of Mosul.  Budget was sent to Parliament on Friday. Ray:  We knew when it hit Parliament floor and when it was going to be voted on.  Reporting now that the 2017 budget is approved and published.  Now we are awaiting some detail information.  Remains to be seen the new rate reflected in this budget.  

    Banks:  One of the banks in Mosul had not not linked yed into the system yet until Saturday.

INTERNATIONAL:       

    Rates:  Only the Dinar is expected to rise on the open market following the RV.   The other currencies such as Dong, Rupiah, etc. are not expected to rise appreciatively on the open market.         

UNITED STATES:    

    Gold-backed currency/asset backed /fiat currency.   Ray:  I have financial professionals I talk with and received mixed messages.  Some saying no fiat currency, that it will all be asset backed and some say we will still have fiat money in our system.  Post RV I will get all the information.  Cross that bridge when I get to it.

Q & A: TNT Forum

    –Upcoming US election have any implications on the RV?   Ray:  I have no thoughts on that matter and received no information, either positive or negative.
    –How do we keep in touch with TNT for future developments post RV?   Ray:  Just stay here and stay connected. . . We will have education and seminars on categories like identity theft.
    –Is the internet group considered to be private or public for exchange status.   Ray:  I’m thinking we will be considered public as the rates on the bank screens will be public, but the general public may not know when we know.
    – Does Nov 1st still look achievable?  Ray:  It sure does!
    –  Please explain how we are waiting for the contract rate to rise in a few days.  Ray:  Not the contract rate to rise.  The contract rate is supposed to be so darn good.  Waiting a few days for the market rate to climb.

    –239  Your thoughts on dealing with Wells Fargo since they are supposed to be the lead bank? Ray:  I don’t think so as more than one bank will be exchanging.
    –713 – Texas  do you feel like this is it?   Ray:  I don’t see why not.  With what we are hearing from budget, etc. and now published.  Where is there to go but up?  An hour from now?  A day from now?  I don’t see more weeks when all of that has taken place.     – 281 metropolitan Houston;  We going to see Tony in Vegas?  Ray:  Hmmm, probably.
    –340 Virgin Islands;  On the ZIM – hearing many different things.  How certain are you we will redeem ZIM?  Ray:  Money shortage right now and they are printing currency right now.  I don’t see any connection with what we are holding and when we will go to exchange it.  
    –808 Hawaii:  The Grand Master Tony said, “Watch not so much what they sa, but what they don’t say.”
    –Once this happens won’t the citizens of Iraq be wealthy overnight and Iraq be one of the wealthiest nations in the world.  Ray:  Iraq will be one of the wealthiest nations, but the citizens will have greater purchasing power.  A lot of them don’t work because they have a stipend every month but . . . not making everyone in the country millionaires.
    –Washington state:  How can they know who actually has Dinar?  I didn’t place myself on any lists.  Purchased from another individual.  Ray:  They may not particularly know about you and what your holding.  They know how much was initially bought into this country.  Ex:  They know there is 1 Trillion in the US.  The larger holders will come out anyway through bank accounts and transactions.  If I was running the government I could care less if you have a 5K note.  At exchange time they will not be large money holders.
    –561 Florida  What will be in the 2nd basket post RV?   Ray:  I have no idea.  That is one of those wait and see deals.  I don’t have any pertinent information regarding the 2nd basket and what will be in it.
    – 323 California:Can a foundation be a beneficiary of a trust? Ray:  Yes, it sure can.
    Do we have anything to worry about as Wells Fargo lost their accreditation with the credit bureau?Ray:  I don’t know of anything to worry about with WF.
    – Have you seen any of these so-called exchange centers? Ray:  When it’s said there are 7,000 exchange centers across the US I question that.  I hear variations – some have what they call exchange centers set up and others will process at a branch.  Caller:The latest is they have drones to follow you around and a bumper sticker to track you.  Do you think these exchange centers are manned and ready to exchange us this afternoon.  Ray:  The ones I know about are manned but they are doing regular business.

RAY’S CLOSING STATEMENT:

The information to me was very exciting information to receive and learn between Sat. night and today that the bank in Mosul connected to the US system. . . Don’t believe the banks knew it needed to be done.

Then to hear Mosul should be completely done at this point and the budget approved and published.  We knew when it hit the floor and voted on time wise.

So, we will dig a little bit further to see all the rates there.  The article said, “changing the value and bringing it up against the USD in the coming few days.”  And a few days from Sunday, could be tomorrow, Wednesday.
