Wingding mods struggle with comprehension

A Wingding posted a (very) old joke in the humour section. Two of the Mods found it hard to understand. (And do I detect a hint of paranoia in their replies?)

Two guys having a conversation while waiting in line for a movie. One is tapped on the shoulder by someone behind him and the interrupter says: You know that two of the biggest problems in the world today are ignorance and apathy. The two guys ignore the interloper and go back to talking.
The interrupter taps one on the shoulder again and repeats; You know, two of the biggest problems in the world today are ignorance and apathy. Totally ignored this time, the intruder shuts up, for a minute.
Finally, when the line begins to move there is the annoying tap on the shoulder and the SAME statement again; You know that two of the biggest problems in the world today are ignorance and apathy.
No longer able to restrain himself, one man turns to the rude conversationalist and while poking him in the chest with his finger says; Look Bud, I DON”T KNOW AND I DON”T CARE!

I think the average iq is 100 in the US, and that says a lot .

Ummm the average IQ is 100 worldwide. 95-105 is considered normal IQ.
