Pardon my ignorance, but I'm not clear on what was passed. Was it a budget that's been hanging around since 2007 or just some accounts that have been languishing since 2007? Translation sometimes makes things unclear, at least to me. Thanks in advance for any clarity that can be shared!

Yep, 'ol Ray is 'done', too- He's toasted- He's only got half a brain cell, and that one is pissed off at him most of the time anyway-He's about ready for a nursing home, or hospice, whichever fits his modus operandi-

When you close out an account. you zero it out, and balance everything. It simply a part of accepted accounting practice. In other words, it means nothing.
