Guru Sonny1: Just that the fiscal rate on the dinar should be between .60-1.00 for the budget year 2011. Thats the news i have today, sorry i dont have a date but the budget rate should be .60-1.00. I talked to my me buddies, and they said if anyone-site has a 3.00 rate they are flat out liars.

Guru Frank26: Frank feels that they would possibly choose Thursday to RI - RV - would be a good day for them to choose prior to the demonstration so they can turn it into a celebration... Final budget numbers implies they need a rate between $3-$4 to make the numbers work

Guru Nighthk11: Folks we can debate all we want- but I am more than positive that we will see the RV this week. Iraqi’s will see the RV first.

Guru JoeP: Foreign Exchange Commission demanded the ceasing of sales of dinar effective 3/1. He postulated that the GOI may turn the large demonstration on the 25^th into a celebration. He says since the budget is done, we could see the RV anytime.

Guru Delta: Delta just received a call from the CBI saying that Friday’s demonstration will very likely be a celebration.

Guru Topgunner: It will not go past the 28th as they will be spending it as of 3-1.
