NO IT DID UPDATE ON SEPT 4!

The website maybe down but here is the info from CBI about the Dinar rate before the site went down. This is under the exhange section of their page on Currency Auction. It has not updated on their HOMEPAGE but it did update on SEPTEMBER 4. 2011.

just to let you know
the CBI site has been found out by investigation per another site
that it is a fake site the ISP was based somewhere in Texas and when questioned about it the host people hung up on them.
I would put more stock in Okie than this site.
