More: Rates were good so they exchanged. Zim was double digit. The funds were credited to their accounts...but they have no access for the first 48 hours. Leaving room for lots of rumors and theories...

More: Could it be they have a 48 hour hold to make them wait for the rest of us? Is China pushing activating exchanges.. Canadian decided to jump in? Who knows? Anyhow, congrats to the 2 who had a superfantastic weekend!

JerseyBoysFaninMN: RayRen also said that the person in Canada told him that there is always a 48-hour delay for any transaction over $100,000. That was not something done special because of the exchange.

PKG: To anyone: i thought the dinar was the basis for the other currencies value increase. How can one exchange dong and zim at high rates in Canada if the dinar hasn't revalued first?

Seems amazing to me that the 2 Canadian Members were not aware that they could exchange dong, zim and rupia anytime without the dinar BECASUSE THEY ARE internationally recognized and exchangeable currencies.

See, it is posts like this one that make me wonder about the mental capacity of the TNT members world wide. It also makes me wonder about the people who post on TNT. How many times has it been stated that the dinar in not internationally recognized as a trabeable currency? About a gazillion. As to waiting for the dinar to rv before exchanging other currencies: how do they think tourism happens in the world? The exchange of currencies happens every minute of every day worldwide. DAH.

Please Lord, spare us the suffering of fools.

I would love to know how they exchanged ZIM. First of all, the correct designation for Zimbabwe's currency WAS ZWD. I say WAS since it has been suspended for several years, as was completely demonetized effective September 30th. In other words, it is worthless, internationally, on the Forex, and in Zimbabwe. It's not even worth the paper it's printed on, unless of course you run out of toilet paper or perhaps need to start a fire.
