URGENT DEVELOPMENT -- China Joins Russia In Syria Air Raids... (Buckle Up Folks...)
http://www.redflagnews.com/headlines-2015/massively-serious-with-huge-implications-china-joins--in-syria-air-raidst is a well-known fact that the Nation of Iran today has two chief allies, Russia and China. They have stood by Iran through the thick and thin especially with controlling interest as permanent members of the United Nation’s Security Council. Without Russian and China, Shiite Iran would have been history decades ago.Today again, they are proving that they will be prepared to stand in opposition to the United States and NATO because all four are vying for world dominion. So also the rest of the world’s prophetic nations are aligning themselves either for or again either of two global forces.
The J-15 warplanes will take off from the Chinese Liaoning-CV-16 aircraft carrier, which reached Syrian shores on September 26, according to DEBKAfile. This will be a landmark event for Beijing: its first military operation in the Middle East as well the carrier’s first taste of action in conditions of real combat.
Thursday night, China’s foreign minister Wang Yi, made this comment on the Syrian crisis at a UN Security Council session in New York: “The world cannot afford to stand by and look on with folded arms, but must also not arbitrarily interfere (in the crisis).”
A no less significant development occurred at about the same time when Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, speaking to the US PBS NewsHour, said he would welcome a deployment of Russian troops to Iraq to fight ISIS (Islamic State / ISIL) forces in his country too. As an added incentive, he noted that this would also give Moscow the chance to deal with the 2,500 Chechen Muslims whom, he said, are fighting with ISIS in Iraq.
Baghdad and Moscow have just concluded a deal for the Russian air force t to start using the Al Taqaddum Air Base at Habbaniyah, 74 km west of Baghdad, both as a way station for the Russian air corridor to Syria and as a launching-pad for bombing missions against ISIS forces and infrastructure in northern Iraq and northern Syria.
A joint Russian-Iranian-Syrian-Iraqi war room has been working since last week out of the Iraqi Defense Ministry and military staff headquarters in Baghdad to coordinate the passage of Russian and Iranian airlifts to Syria and also Russian air raids. This command center is also organizing the transfer of Iranian and pro-Iranian Shiite forces into Syria.Russia has thus gained a military enclave in Iraq, just as it has in Syria, where it has taken over a base outside Latakia on the western coast of Syria. At the same time, the Habbaniyah air base also serves US forces operating in Iraq, which number an estimated 5,000. SOURCE
China To Join Russian Air Strikes In Syria, Russia Gains Iraq Air Base
BELGRADE – DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources report that China sent word to Moscow on Friday, October 2, that J-15 fighter bombers would shortly join the Russian air campaign that was launched Wednesday, September 30. Baghdad has moreover offered Moscow an air base for targeting the Islamic State now occupying large swathes of Iraqi territory, debka.com reports.

Our Idiot-in-Chief has, and continues to, sit idly by while the U.S. falls behind and is going to allow Russia and China to become the dominate factor in world politics! This will have a profound impact on the way of life in all freedom loving nations as these two oppressive leaning Governments get a stranglehold on the World's oil supply and even control of world commerce. It's happening right before our eyes and the White House isn't doing a damn thing to stop it!

I can assure they have no fear of Obama! Just the opposite, they see this as a golden opportunity to do what they would have never dared to do in the past. Why would they fear Obama? He has made it quite clear he has no intentions of standing up to anyone and what little we are doing in Iraq and Syria is only due to world pressure and urging from those in Congress to at least appear to be doing something.
To the contrary, if Obama had of maintained our presence in Iraq and controlled that situation from the beginning, "nipped it in the bud" as the old saying goes, then this current situation would have never come about.

Re: URGENT DEVELOPMENT -- China Joins Russia In Syria Air Raids... (Buckle Up Folks...)
This whole Chinese carrier thing may be much ado about nothing. There seem to be conflicting reports about whether it is actually there or not, and IF it is, the fact that I could find no mention of it's arrival in ANY major news organization is curious. Among the semi reputable news sources that did mention it, there is disagreement as to whether or not it is carrying a load out of planes. Even if we assume that it is, the full compliment is only 36 aircraft, of which only 24 are planes, all JU-15 fighters, a Chinese rip of of the Russian Su-33 fighter.
Assuming they do have aircraft on board, the Liaoning has only been in service for a year or so, and is the Chinese's first and only carrier. They are basically still in the training phase learning how to operate the ship and is in fact as near as I can tell still listed as a training ship and not assigned operational status. Chinese secrecy being what it is, it's hard to know anything for sure, but I think we can safely assume that any operations they might perform will be limited at best.
It is possible of course that China might provide some aircraft for land based operations, but only time will tell. Is this development disturbing? Yes, but no more disturbing than the fact that it is looking more and more that our young men died for nothing thanks to the current administrations policies.

Also as much as I hate to admit it, as disturbing as the previous administration's policies that took us there in the first place!
I listened intently to the news during the prelude to the invasion and based on what we were told I was all for it! I, like so many others swallowed the bait "hook, line and sinker", only to find after the invasion that we were either lied to or went in on flawed information -or a combination of both. In any event it was simply inexcusable, was Saddam the oppressive tyrant over the country that he was made out to be? Of course he was but was he any worse than the tyrannical rulers of some other countries that we rarely even hear about? He was not! Did he have any chemical or biological weapons that were either hidden or slipped out of the country (probably into Syria)? Very possibly BUT people seem to have forgotten that simple possession of small stocks of these weapons were not what we were sold on and went to war for, and it would have had to have been not only small stocks but old obsolete stuff left over from the 80's and early 90's. Rather than actual stocks of weapons it was the ability to MANUFACTURE WMD and distribute these to potential terrorists that we supposedly created the need to invade! None of that existed as it turns out, we were told about factories, research centers and even mobile laboratories being moved to avoid detection but none of these things have ever been found! There is no possible way that manufacturing capability could have been covered up and all traces of such eliminated, it simply wasn't there in the first place!
I know there are multiple anecdotal reports of such but none from reliable sources and the BS mill being what it is it would be expected that reports would surface, so far not a single thing from any reliable source! If ANYTHING remotely resembling any of those things actually had been found the Bush administration would have been crowing about it on every network news station, the fact is it never existed in the first place!

Re: URGENT DEVELOPMENT -- China Joins Russia In Syria Air Raids... (Buckle Up Folks...)
Yes, there are no unclassified sources confirming the existence of WMD, however, there are anecdotal reports as you have said, some from what I would consider reliable sources.including one I know who watched a convoy go into Syria that they were almost certain was carrying WMD, but which they did not receive permission to engage until after they had crossed over into Syria.
As a former member of the USCG, and training officer for a wilderness SAR team I am all too familiar with the difficulties of finding an object, even one the size of a truck or a ship in a large search area. let alone one buried or camouflaged. As such, I am maybe a little more willing to lend the benefit of the doubt that such things COULD still be hidden inside Iraq.
As to the manufacture, the reality is that almost any factory equipped to handle chemicals of justr about any sort could also be used to manufacture WMD. Think fertilizer, petrochemicals, medicines, etc.
Regardless of whether they were there or not, it was the current administration's precipitous withdrawal of our forces, against the recommendations of the majority of people who would best know, and as near as I can tell, the wishes of the GOI that led to the power vacuum which allowed ISIL move as rapidly as they have. Had our forces still been in place it is unlikely that they would have had much success, if any in Iraq.

Re: URGENT DEVELOPMENT -- China Joins Russia In Syria Air Raids... (Buckle Up Folks...)
It's entirely possible that some things were smuggled out but the manufacture of WMD type chemicals and Bio-Agents go far beyond normal chemical production so removing all the tell-tall equipment and all traces of contamination would be near impossible, you can bet that Bush had orders out to find any trace of anything that would justify the invasion. I think the most telling thing was the FBI investigation and interview of Saddam reported by CNN, to quote from the FBI interview of Saddam,
"
Hussein admitted that Iraq made a mistake by destroying some weapons without U.N. supervision. In his view, the inspectors wanted all of their expenses paid for by Iraq. Instead of waiting for the inspectors and paying the expenses, Iraq began destroying the weapons.
"We destroyed them. We told you, with documents. That's it," Hussein said.
When asked about restrictions he placed on weapons inspectors regarding which locations they could visit, Hussein responded,
"By God, if I had such weapons, I would have used them in the fight against the United States."
I think it's a pretty much accepted fact there were no WMD of any significant amounts and no production facilities, regardless it does not excuse what Obama has done! It makes no difference why we went in and even if it was justified or not the fact is we did it and it should have been followed through! As the old saying goes two wrongs don't make a right and it was woefully wrong to abandon what we had started.
