Deputy for Basra: abstain from approving 2016 budget for the inequity of our province

Confirmed the MP for Basra emotions grace province, said the deputy governors would abstain from voting on the budget in 2016 for the lack of fairness of Basra despite the fact that the province funded 85% of the budget.


"The budget of 2016 and even previous budgets did not do justice to the province of Basra, although they are considered the artery of the Iraqi economy President where it's budget is funded by 85%, but in return give 17% to the Kurdistan region who refrain from handing exporting its share of the oil to the center.
