Federal Court decides to return the Vice President of the Republic to their sites

The Federal Supreme Court decided, on Monday, re-vice president of the republic to their sites, as promised dismissal decision unconstitutional.

The MP said Jassim Mohammed Jaafar said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Supreme Federal Court decided, today, re-vice president to office."

Jafar added, that "the Court's decision promised dismissal unconstitutional."
The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi decided, in (9 August 2015), the abolition of the posts of Vice President and the Prime Minister "immediately", a comprehensive and immediate reduction in the preparation of protections for all state officials among them the three presidencies, ministers, MPs and special grades and general managers and governors and members of provincial councils and their grades, in the face of the removal of all senior positions for partisan and sectarian quotas.
