was just reassured today FROM...A INTERNATIONAL TRADE BROKER AND HE INSISTS THAT THE CBI WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE A INTERNATIONAL RATE BEFORE ANY LOAN FROM THE IMF OR WORLD BANK WILL DISBURSE FUNDS...

THAT IRAQ'S CURRENCY WILL HAVE TO HAVE A INTERNATIONAL ACCEPTED RATE AND IT WILL HAVE TO HAPPEN PRIOR TO THE JAN 1 IF THE LOANS ARE TO START THEN IN 2016.

WE SHALL SEE IF THEY ARE JUST FLAPPING THEIR LIPS OR IF THEY ARE REALLY FAR ENOUGH ALONG AS WE THINK.

We have already seen who is flapping their lips, and it's not them. Iraq is already having loans disbursed so where does that leave you?

This clown should have been hung out to dry long ago. He we go again with his "just heard from ..... Iraq will have to have an interational rate to get loan" balderdash.

First off they seem to have operated for YEARS without an international rate and done just fine. What makes this clown think that his so called source knows anything?

Second, putting a definite time line on something like this and not being in the ruling body that makes the decision and initiates the action is not only stupid but ludicrous. Anyone who would even remotely present this as something of substance is definitely out of touch with reality. In the real world: Iraq has been operating just fine (all the corruption was fueled from somewhere) for many years maybe even centuries. There is nothing cast in stone that indicated they have to have an international rate any time soon. It amazes me that anyone would think the IMF really has any say as to if a country has a currency recognized by all or operates another way. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think so.

Poppy3 has (as his other entities) been spewing gibberish and balderdash since he first appeared and nothing I have seen to date indicates that he has changed one bit. Another wanna be with another wishful speculation based on a "source" that has yet to be verified as a good, honest, accurate one.
