Goooooood morning everyone, and Happy Wednesday!
 
Over the last couple months I've been pretty solid on one thing: No HCL, No RV.
 
Pretty cut and dried, right?
 
I've also been kicking around another angle on this deal... we're not going to get 
a huge warning, or even a hint, that the RV is coming. In fact, the opposite is my 
opinion - you're going to wake up to a text message from me or a huge news
announcement that it is DONE!

That thread, my friends, has the potential to be the BIGGEST and BEST news 
we have seen since Chapter 7 was lifted. We are FINALLY starting to see some 
movement, and this is AWESOME!
 
But let me back up for a second... remember I said "don't freak out"?
 
I say that because even though this is great news, I don't think we're any less 
than a month out. This HCL movement is EXACTLY what we need, but based 
on my longtime observance of how things work in Iraq, I am confident that we 
will see a slowdown in news for about a month... and then BOOM! Something 
big is going to happen!
 
Yeah, I just did that... I am sticking my neck out and giving a timeline. Maybe 
not for the actual final official RV, but we are looking at SOMETHING big, and 
soon.
 
I'm very excited right now! But I'm also patient, and I encourage you to do the 
same.
 

 
One more thing before I hit the weekly Q&A... Just yesterday I sent out an email

It seems all they do is pass laws back and forth.  Back in June, Abadi said the dinar would take on new value.
Do you see this dragging on for quite some time.  The same people keep regurgitating the same old information.

That's a fair question. IMO, the religious history is no longer the major factor that it used to be.
 
What we are witnessing is a hammering of the details, and the hammering is getting good.

I started in this investment back in 2005 and always said, believed and still do that it would take 10 years for the RV to take place. It is not just the HCL and Chapter 7 which was needed but other factors also like infrastructure, stable government ect. We are almost their now so please leave Adam in peace and just ask serious questions.

And as For Adam he has done a great job raising money to help out with  the devastation in Dominica

1. I'm not sure, I kind of quit paying attention to Maliki lately. He's not a prime factor anymore.
 
2. IMO those are small potatoes compared to the HCL articles I linked above. But to answer the 
question, I haven't seen anything either way on those bills.

They say they are going to borrow money from International banks to help with their finances. How can they do that when their money (internationally) has little if any value due to their lack of interest at passing critical legislation.

Parliament is in session 0-5 days per week, depending on the alignment of the moon, stars, 
and the color of ink used on their vacation schedule. On any given day, we can expect to see 
no more than 100% and no less than 0% of the members show up. Oh, and some days they 
spin a wheel to see who gets to start "duck-duck-goose".
 

 
That's it for now... I'm working on some exciting stuff here at the DV Headquarters, the VIP 
members will get that news first of course.
 
Keep an eye on that HCL news... when it slows down this time, I think that's when we're on 
the home stretch.
