Oil prices rose yesterday after Russia expressed readiness to meet with oil producers within the Organization "OPEC" and abroad to discuss the situation in the markets of energy. He said Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak: "There are proposals from some oil producers from within the organization," OPEC "and abroad to discuss the situation in the markets Oil at the expert level, and we are ready to participate if such consultations took place. In May consultations similar took place in Vienna. "He added Novak Speaking with reporters that he planned a meeting with representatives of Saudi Arabia's biggest oil producer in the Organization" OPEC "held at the end of October now the month.
