Did this guy just say 3:1? Sounds like what he is trying to say...Wow?!? Not that I agree - but that sounds like what he is saying.

current conditions...seems like a big jump... I am a spectator and will be happy with added value...My dream is added value - a move, because once it goes "we're in"! and it is very odd timing this kind of OP ED by economists are coming out RIGHT AFTER Maliki is being dealt with...that is more curious to me than the numbers - the timing.

Both of these guys have stated, Kap and BBG that this is just a economist stating what he thinks should happen. And both agree what they think this article is saying about a 3 to 1US rate. They both also say they do not think this is possible to happen . Just because this guy is running his thoughts wild, now every one in dinar land thinks it going to happen. I say stay grounded and let history serve as our lessons. jmo I would love to eat my words.
