You and Jerzy have both stated that the PRIVATE EXCHANGES for the RV are now being exchanged.
Can you explain in more detail what or who makes up the Private Exchanges, who makes up the Groups Exchanges, and who makes up the Public Exchanges?

THE PRIVATE EXCHANGES ARE MADE UP OF GROUPS WITH DINAR THAT PLACED THEM INTO ONE OF A HALF DOZEN SPECIAL PROGRAMS THAT WERE CREATED FOR THIS PURPOSE A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.

THESE WERE DONE, AND THE FUNDS ARE STILL IN ESCROW WAITING TO BE RELEASED.

THE OTHER PRIVATE EXCHANGES ARE THE CONTRACTS FOR EXCHANGES BASED OUT OF RENO. THE PUBLIC EXCHANGES ARE THE ONES THAT THE PUBLIC WILL BE PART OF WHEN THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RV IS ANNOUNCED.

Many are in a large GROUP that is said to be connected to the lead bank exchanging the Dinar. However, when it is reported that “groups are exchanging” some tend to think it may be the actual group they are in.

DEPENDING ON THE GROUP THAT YOU ARE IN DETERMINES THE TIMING OF THE EXCHANGE RIGHT NOW.

Just wanted to get a better explanation as to the differences.

Also do you have any time line on exchanging of the actual Group Exchanges.? I read one update that mentioned that there may be at least 18 “groups”.

THERE MAY WELL BE 18 GROUPS. I AM AWARE OF ABOUT 6 OF THEM. THE TIMING OF THESE IS NOW. THEY HAVE BEGUN THE PROCESS, AND SOME HAVE BEEN PAID ALREADY FROM WHAT I KNOW, WHICH IS NOT MUCH REALLY.

Why would some exchanges be going on?

When you make a statement, at least back it up findings that we can relate to. What you have said is very vague.
