This is a few years old.  The rate stated, in my opinion is too low to work now and should be close to Kuwait when they release this. The plan has not changed. There have been modifications, but doing an RV has always been the real, behind the scenes reason for all of this.

Go to page 94 and read the first full paragraph at the top of the page. There you will see in writing what few have ever seen, the fact that the intention is to RV the dinar significantly. The whole document is interesting, but few care to really understand what is happening and just want the money. That is why there has been so much frustration and conflict. Educate yourself in this whole process and you will find peace in it.

In April 2012, the CoM postponed indefi
nitely
plans for a currency reform that would have re-
moved three zeros from the Iraqi dinar in 2013 and
required the issuance of new currency notes. Th

reform would have made the dinar’s value slightly
less than $1. It is currently worth less than one-
tenth of a cent.


So what does he THINK this is saying? How can anyone deduce "RV" from THIS?

All this says is that Iraq intended to LOP (delete the zeros) in 2012 but postponed it!
 
The gurus have spouted for years that "Delete the zeros" means "RV" and everyone gets rich! LMAO!

"Deleting the zeros" is not unique to Iraq and has been done dozens of times, it's no secret how it works but for those who want to think they're going to get rich from this LOOK AT OTHER COUNTRIES WHO HAVE DELETED ZEROS!!!!!!

Sure there will be a new rate in Iraq 1000 times greater than today, or slightly less than $1 just as it says there, and THAT'S where the gurus mislead folks. What they fail to tell you is that the new rate is ONLY for the new currency and the old currency must be traded for the new at a rate of 1000 old for 1 new so it's a neutral or break-even event, of course it's break-even for the Iraqis but because of the obscene spreads the speculators paid it will be a "lose-your-butt" event here! The Iraqis have explained this many times in older articles back when it was still a "go" and even referenced Turkey many times as an example of EXACTLY what they intend to do, look up Turkey's "delete the zeros" event and see what it means! 


Over on DV just today there is a new "deleting zeros" article from Iraq talking about the benefits (not one word about "RV"  however, surprised?). As usual those idiots are all cheering and shouting YES, YES, bring it on!

It's really pathetic and as I have said before it's like watching the condemned cheer on the executioner! LMAO!!!!!!!
