I really can't believe that there are people who have been listening to me all these years and saying "hey there's a the special group that are the only ones who can cash in!"…I mean come on guys it's very simple.

they know the potential of what the dinar is going to be and they want it [your dinar] and they consider themselves smarter than you and they are going to try to scam you out of it [your dinar].

Just stay away.

You don't even need to listen to them you don't even need to be curious.

You'll know when it's time to EXCHANGE your currency…NOT "cash in" but exchange your currency.

Where is the Iraqi government going to come up with all these dollars to "cash in" all these Iraqi dinars?

It's not a "cash in" it's an exchange. It's an equivalent value exchanged for the equivalent value. Not only that it's not going to be cash. Most of it's going to be going into your bank account as credit. It's always worked this way.
