I usaullydo not make supasitions however If were are lucy enough to have an RV before the implimentation of the new basket now apparent to be schedualedfor 2016 it is most important to consider how much you place in USD . It is also apparent that the US is hiding these coming changes from us . It may be that it is the U S holding back the RV .
